Responsibilities
- Drive Sales and showcase our new and fun Chandon experiences
- Manage opening and closing procedures
- Ensure the retail space is clean, bright, welcoming and fully stocked for our guests.
- Assist with leading the team through day to day interactions, lead by example
- Participate in training and developing your team to provide experiences that raise the bar
- Help spearhead Club Chandon sign-ups and encourage the team to meet and exceed goals

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in Hospitality/Hotel/Winery industry
- 4+ years experience in retail merchandise ordering, maintenance, design and inventory
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Independently motivated to identify and resolve problems
- Ability to lead, multi-task and follow-up
- Strong Team Player
