DNS Wines is a relatively new importer/distributor on the scene in NYC that has compiled a provocative portfolio of benchmark old-world producers across France, Italy and Greece. DNS enjoys a great reputation for quality of producers, service, and company ethos that guides our decisions on how we work and what we sell.
We are a small team looking to grow by 1 qualified and energetic individual who desires to leave the world of push-brands and quotas and wants to sell fine wines that people actually want to buy in the most important and competitive wine market in the world. Since we are a small yet highly considered company this is a great opportunity for an existing sales representative who wants to get in on the ground floor and grow with us as a top rep in NY. Our year-over-year growth has been exponential and we need someone that will grow their own, preexisting relationships and accounts along with accounts we need servicing and to which we add regularly.

Key Responsibilities:
Fine wine sales to on/off premise accounts in the general NY area.

What we need from you:
Minimum 3 years experience in fine-wine wholesale distribution in NYC.
Excellent organization and follow up
Strong work ethic
High motor
The ability to answer a work text or email within an hour of receiving it
Superior wine knowledge of old world wines
Existing account relationships in NYC
Industry references
2nd language is a plus: French or Italian

Compensation:
Base salary will be commensurate with experience in NYC
We offer health insurance, monthly expense account, and phone and transportation allowance
Yearly, rotating educational trip to 1 country to see our producers
