Importer/Producer of fine wines has an urban tasting room and retail location in the heart of San Francisco’s North Beach – Maritime Wine Tasting Studio.
• Servers will be responsible for learning about and selling domestic and imported wines.
• Greet guests at the tasting studio, pour and discuss wines.
• Effectively promote and sell our wines and wine club memberships.
• Assist with special hospitality events at the tasting studio.
• Handle routine purchasing transactions, including operating cash register/credit card transactions.
• Help maintain merchandising and displays.
• Complete open/closing duties each day (inventory, cleaning, set-up and breakdown)
• Weekend help highly desirable.
JOB KNOWLEDGE & EDUCATIONAL LEVEL:
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in wine/hospitality/service industry
hourly + tips, wine club incentives, and sales goal bonuses
