Sous Chef(s) - Part Time
The Hess Collection Winery is currently looking for Sous Chef(s) to join our team on beautiful Mt. Veeder. If you love art, wine and food then this is it!
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
*Some wine, and food pairing knowledge
*2-4 years of cooking experience
*Serving experience in a restaurant or similar establishment, helpful but not required
*Required to have availability on weekends & holidays
* Sous chefs are required to be able to work independently
*Butcher Skills are a plus
