The E-commerce Manager’s key responsibilities are:
Lead and develop all lead generation and customer acquisition efforts for the company in the digital channel. This includes paid and organic traffic to our website, campaigns, digital marketing, SEO, SEM, affiliate and more.
Daily, weekly and monthly detailed reporting and analysis. BH is a strictly metric driven company.
Website management of 3 sites (Bountyhunterwine.com, Bountyhunterwinebar.com and Bountyhunterwalnutcreek.com)…Update content, merchandizing zones, product categories, landing pages and customer segments. Executes day-to-day efforts to increase visitors, lead capture and conversions.
Improve end-to-end website customer experience that optimizes conversion and AOV. This may include daily changes to the homepage in close coordination with the wine purchasing and sales departments.
