A small luxury winery is looking for a detail-oriented individual to coordinate and manage all daily activities of Allocation/Wine Club.
Primary focus will be to maintain and manage database using ecellar, process daily orders, coordinate fulfillment, inventory transfers, manage packaging materials and supply orders. Responsible for all facets of Allocation Releases and Sales campaigns - including billing and shipping, running all related queries and sales reports, customer outreach, general admin and office filing.
Work within Sales Dept. on all sales and marketing projects, including email marketing campaigns and collateral materials. Must be able to perform tours and tastings as needed, customer outreach frequently.
ecellar software knowledge preferred
Must be at least 21 years old
Minimum 3+ years experience in a premium winery with an emphasis on exceptional customer service.
Ability to function independently
Strong attention to detail
Must be able to lift up 50 lbs.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule as needed.
Valid CA Drivers License
