Opportunity to assist in the production of world class wines in the Midwest. Our 250,000 + case winery seeks Cellar Interns to help perform all phases of Winemaking including harvest and bottling line work. Other duties include record keeping, assisting with blending. Job requires the ability to do strenuous physical labor and heavy lifting. The opportunity is available to experience a large variety of modern wine making equipment. You will experience both old and new world wine making technology and an extensive Research and Development program. You will also participate in lab tasting and vineyard activities.
You must be responsible and able to work independently. The ability to follow and interpret instructions is essential. Shift work and weekends are required, especially at harvest time. Accommodations are available.
