Prestigious small winery seeks full-time Tasting Room Lead
Job Summary: Delivery of a luxury experience for guests while effectively maximizing retail sales, growing the wine club and developing other direct to consumer channels. Ensure standards of service and hospitality are met by the Tasting Room team.
-Solid retail sales background
-Success building and coaching teams
-Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and POS systems (WineDirect a plus)
-Must be able to work on weekends and most holidays
-Achieve winery sales & financial goals
-Supervise and coach a small tasting room team
-Conduct sales training with employees
-Successful interaction with customers
-Develop innovative ways to drive sales and customer satisfaction
