Job Summary: Delivery of a luxury experience for guests while effectively maximizing retail sales, growing the wine club and developing other direct to consumer channels. Ensure standards of service and hospitality are met.
-Solid retail sales background
-Success building and coaching teams
-Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
-Must be able to work on weekends and most holidays
-Achieve winery sales & financial goals
-Interaction with customers
-Sales training with employees
-Developing innovative ways to drive sales and customer satisfaction
-Supervising a small tasting room team
