Multi-location, successful, and rapidly growing winery/restaurant/event center is seeking an experienced, passionate, committed, and highly motivated Tasting Room Manager. This is a dream position for the right individual who is building a career in the hospitality business.
This position is responsible for all aspects of wine/food service operations and customer service. It will manage a staff of approximately 7-10 during the high season. This job is very hands-on. This means working weekends and long hours during the high season. We re-charge our batteries during the holidays and over the winter months.
We require a minimum of five years hospitality experience including three years winery/restaurant/tasting room experience. A sommelier certification is clearly a plus.
