In order to ensure the smooth operation of our busy Marketing and Sales Operations Office in downtown Healdsburg, we’ve created a new position for an Office Administrator. This role—a mix of business ambassador and organizer extraordinaire—will provide professional administrative support for the office, Fetzer Vineyards’ executive team and the Marketing department. The right person will demonstrate good judgment, diplomacy, proper etiquette and standards of appearance; provide reception, logistics and secretarial support. In addition you will receive, distribute and process company mail, welcome guests and be responsible for overall organization of mail area, kitchen, storage, lobby areas and conference rooms as well as assist with planning and organizing of calendars, travel itinerary, process expenses and credit card statements, provide clerical support, assist with office organization and related tasks. This position reports to the Director of Marketing.

Must Requirements:

•  Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred with 5+ years of related executive or administrative support experience; or equivalent education/experience combination.
•  Knowledge of administrative procedures, travel management, expense processing and customer Service preferred.
•  Demonstrated ability to independently plan, coordinate and complete projects with accuracy and within designated time frame.
•  Communication: Requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of internal and external contacts, employees, vendors and guests.
•  Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Email, Excel, Publisher, Adobe, Internet and related programs.
•  Bilingual English/Spanish beneficial but not required.

Location:

This position will work out of our downtown Healdsburg office in Sonoma County, CA with occasional meetings at Fetzer Vineyards’ corporate office located at 12901 Old River Rd Hopland, CA 95449.
