ASSISTANT TO PARTS MANAGER

Santa Rosa, CA

Job Description:

Principal Responsibilities:

•  Courteous, efficient handling of customers
•  Unpack and sort the stock replenishment
•  Filling requisitions, work orders or requests for materials, tools or other stock items
•  Occasional pick-up and delivery of parts to customers (requires clean DMV)
•  Participate in weekly parts/service meetings held on site
•  Assist, when necessary, with stock orders and coordinating shipments
•  Act as backup to the parts manager in inventory management tasks
•  Help to maintain inventory records. Inventory experience a plus
•  Participate in preparing and taking the annual parts inventory
•  Complete daily maintenance and cleaning of parts area
•  Other duties as assigned
