Our compliance company has been providing services and consulting to a broad client base within the wine and distilled spirits industry since 2000. Our in-house compliance experience dates back to 1987. We maintain strong partnerships with our clients and with members of the Federal and State regulatory agencies. Our services and consulting includes permits and licenses, alternating proprietorships, label development and approval, out-of-state registrations, as well as all aspects of operational and shipping reporting.

This position is in our reporting area, and is responsible for processing of monthly/quarterly/annual reports, excise tax returns, and sales/use tax returns for multiple winery and wholesaler clients, utilizing the ShipCompliant system.
Position is deadline-driven, detail oriented, and fast-paced.
The person applying for this position excels in problem-solving, working with numbers, excels in math, can manage multiple clients and projects, communicates verbally and in writing effectively, delegates when necessary, and accepts full responsibility and accountability.
We will consider all applicants but especially those who can work alone but also enjoys being part of the team, has a high proficiency in Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, and Outlook, has worked with Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Experience in the industry with a compliance background a big plus and experience in wine shipment reporting an even bigger plus. Bookkeeping and/or accounting background helpful.
