Wine Spectrum, Inc. seeks a motivated, detail-oriented individual eager to work with the world’s best wines for a part-time, permanent office manager position.
For over 27 years, Wine Spectrum has led the industry in direct-to-consumer sales of premium, ultra-premium, and artisan wines. The primary responsibility of the office manager is to oversee and ensure the efficient order fulfillment of our wine sales to clients located across the U.S.
Duties will include daily sales order review & processing through our proprietary database software, communicating with vendors on fulfillment issues, coordinating shipments with our freight carriers, supporting sales & administrative staff with general issues and inquiries, processing monthly wine storage billing and other miscellaneous office responsibilities including directing incoming phone calls, maintaining office supplies and limited data entry.
A qualified candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong customer service and phone skills.
- Familiarity with order fulfillment procedures.
- Mac platform proficiency & database experience.
- Acute attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills,
- Wine knowledge and industry experience preferred.
