Outpost Wines is looking to round out our harvest intern team. We seek highly-motivated, detailed-oriented people to assist with all winery operations from cleaning to crush to pumpovers/punchdowns and barrel work. Previous experience desired but not required.
Outpost is a Howell Mountain estate and custom-crush facility sourcing grapes from most of Napa's AVA's for some of the most sought-after projects in the valley. Beyond a Cabernet-centric experience, we crush Pinot, Grenache, Zinfandel, Syrah, Chardonnay and a few other odd-varietals.
Harvest runs from late August/early September through Thanksgiving, with opportunities for continued work in the off-season.
Harvest meal is provided, compensation is by experience with plenty of room for overtime.
Interns are responsible for their own housing, transportation and visa.
