POSITION SUMMARY:

The Sales Services Coordinator supports the order entry processing and compliance for both domestic and international orders. This position is responsible for supporting phone and email orders and must be friendly, proactive and self-motivated. Attention to detail is critical. This role demands excellent customer service skills and a high degree of organization.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Distributor Order Processing
•  Processing orders from all US distributors
•  Correctly invoicing distributors on all orders
•  Maintains FOB price sheets by brand, by state

Inventory Reporting
•  Manages internal product code set up and specifications
•  Maintain and manage current inventory reports for all sales divisions

Distributor Brand Compliance set up
•  Setting up new items within distributor network
•  Updating new line extensions or vintage changes

Distributor Accounts Payable
•  Analyzing distributor DA report to insure alignment with price supports
•  Properly code all distributor related expenses
•  Prepare state level reports showing variance to plan

Other Duties
•  Assist with inventory inquiries
•  Customer support
•  Provides support to the sales team
•  Back up to the Sales Services Manager and International Sales Coordinator
•  Any special projects as assigned

•  Professional business acumen and demonstrated sound judgement
•  Strong organizational and excellent interpersonal skills
•  Ability to manage time sensitive assignments & meet deadlines while maintaining acute attention to detail
•  Must be a team player, self-starter and have the ability to take a project from start to finish
•  Ability to manage one’s own time, prioritize responsibilities, keen sense of urgency when necessary
•  Persistence and ability to maintain a positive outlook

QUALIFICATIONS:
•  Minimum education: High school diploma
•  One year of office environment experience
•  Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Windows, Office, and Excel
