Job Description:

T Edward Wines -- A solid, progressive, growing company (NY, NJ, CT, CA, Il) with a great reputation and a history of long term employees, is looking to fill its primary Customer Service/Order Board position.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: fielding phone calls, accurate order entry, warehouse inventory maintenance, winery allocation distribution, working with Credit and AR departments, provide customer service to our sales staff team and customers, work with warehouse on orders/deliveries/pickups/refusals/issues, and general office duties & office inventory maintenance.

This position is crucial to the growth of the company, therefore, we are looking for someone to hire long term to be able to step in, learn our system, and own it for years to come.

Knowledge of Excel and Word is mandatory. A clear, professional phone voice, and excellent communication skills (written and spoken) are necessary skills.. Knowledge of Navision is a BIG plus.
