Sales Administrator
Job Description

Adelsheim Vineyard is seeking a motivated Sales Administrator to assist in supporting our dynamic sales and business operations teams. We are looking for a driven, self-starting individual who can balance accurate and timely data entry with internal & external customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong skills data entry, and compiling and communicating data in a clear and concise way with great attention to detail. This position will work closely with both the Adelsheim team as well as our very important distribution sales partners. As such, excellent customer service, communication and time-management skills are required. This position will report to the Chief Operating Officer.

Responsibilities Include
- Processing all distribution and export orders with a high degree of accuracy, including timely processing of supplemental customs documentation for export orders
- Working with our distribution partners to ensure correct and timely payment of commissions and credits
- Managing wine allocations across many wines, customers and sales team members
- Assist in managing inventory processes across multiple warehouses and tracking all inventory transactions
- Creating and compiling sales reports for the sales team and for the management team
- Providing general administrative and logistical support to both the sales and administrative teams
- Assisting the sales force with gathering information and shipping sample requests for customers
- Assist with coordination of compliance reporting
- Assistance with implementation and utilization of depletion tracking software
- Update sales price lists as needed, and track pricing, sales programming and promotional budgets
- Administration and coordination of company participation in off-site distribution-related events
- Management of sales commissions and broker accounting
- Administration of distributor-specific item registration processes
- Additional support activities for the accounting department as needed
- Managing other projects, duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications & Skills
- Associates degree, or commensurate experience
- 2 years’ experience in a data entry and support role
- High level of proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office products
- Highly detail oriented with strong organizational skills and a strong interest in compiling, organizing and communicating data in a highly accurate way
- Strong customer service focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient writing and editing skills
- Flexibility and ability to prioritize a changing workload
- Demonstrated strong project management skills, and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Works well both independently and as a part of a team

Compensation Information
This position is full-time, and will include healthcare and other benefits. Pay will be dependent on experience.
