Seeking an enthusiastic and experienced DTC Manager. This role will report to and support the Marketing Director. The position is responsible for managing and growing a successful Direct-To-Consumer sales channel, including; business ownership for our portfolio online wine shop sales, strategy and fulfillment, driving new opportunities for online sales, and provide consumer sales servicing needs. This role will also fulfill internal sales support needs

Responsibilities and Duties

-Develop, analyze and achieve company's annual DTC case and revenue sales goals. Meet or exceed DTC sales goals
-Develop, maintain and work within the annual DTC budget to achieve goals
-Manage POS operations, maintain and update POS system database
-Management of DTC customer list including: aggregation of contacts and strategies for growth of contact list
-Communication with customers and the resolution of any order issues; written, phone, in-person and social media
-Respond to consumer inquiries 7 days a week
-Develop strategies for growth and other direct to consumer segments (e.g. wine club, ambassador club, etc.)
-Oversee order processing and fulfillment for all direct sales
-Continue to be educated/informed with the DTC landscape, trends, and tools
-Collaborate with Marketing Director to cultivate relationships with key-influencers & channels in the area to funnel consumer business to Share A Splash wine co
-Collaborate with Marketing Director to develop and execute direct marketing calendar and marketing campaigns
-Fulfill Sales team requests for samples and sales support materials
-Manage sales support materials and promotional inventory. RFP promotional materials for cost. Submit purchase order to Marketing Director for approval of cost
-Provide administrative support to Marketing Director, Sales team, and CEO
-Work with Operations Manager for inventory management of DTC
-Manage/attend consumer events (including weekends)
-Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Design, Business or related field, or equivalent work experience
-DTC or Marketing experience within a winery environment
-Familiar with POS cloud software
-Mac/PC/Excel/Adobe Creative Suite a plus
-Comfortable formatting emails and basic website content refreshes
-Ability to effectively multi-task
-Working knowledge of inventory systems
-Working knowledge of wine retail channel and three-tier system
-Proactively solves challenges
-Effective time management and ability to prioritize essential business initiatives
-Strong team member and contributor and also thrives as an independent thinker
-Works well under pressure and adapts accordingly to tight timeline/deadlines
-Available to work flexible hours, including weekends

This is a full-time, salaried position.
