Job Description:

Nestled in the heart of Rutherford, the Quintessa Visitor Center team creates unique, memorable guest experiences. The Reservationist is responsible for efficiently and effectively scheduling and calendaring experience requests for the Visitor Center, as well as handle all phone and email reception for winery, cellar, vineyard, and Visitor Center. The Reservationist will also assist in developing and maintaining contacts with concierge and drivers to drive business.

Qualifications

•  Two years of successful experience in a similar position with background in customer service
•  Exceptional interpersonal and customer care, communicating with clarity and consistency, both verbally and in writing.
•  Respond to guest inquires and emails in a timely and professional manner
•  Participate in company sponsored wine educational and development opportunities
•  Excellent organizational skills and the ability to follow through on projects with minimal supervision
•  Position includes extensive sitting
•  Ability to prioritize, multi-task and juggle multiple customer needs
•  Assist with customers, concierge, and drivers
•  Flexibility in working weekends and Holidays is required
•  Familiarity with reservation systems, POS systems and scheduling of multiple employees
•  Competency with Microsoft Outlook
•  Clerical work such as scanning documents and working with PDF’s
•  Special projects and other support duties as assigned
•  Interest in functional cross training opportunities
