Wine Club Manager

Job Description:

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
•  Club processing and transactions.
•  In-Depth Member data management and processing, including special needs, special requests and requirements.
•  Customer Services for members.
•  Marketing Exclusive Members Only wines to membership.
•  Assistance with Member event organization and execution.
•  Member order processing.
•  Up-selling specialty wines to club members via phone, email and text.
•  Phone, email and SM communication with membership.
•  Assistance developing club marketing/collateral materials.
•  Cultivating relationships with members.
•  Member Engagement
•  Create Special Members Loyalty Building Initiatives.
•  Hosting members/clients for private tasting experiences.
•  Plan & Execute Hospitality initiatives for members.
•  Working with Fulfillment Department on Inventory management and club fulfillment.
•  Hosting/Organizing Outside Member Events locally & nationally.
•  Hosting prospective high-caliber clients for private wine experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
•  Previous Wine Club Specific Experience Necessary.
•  Familiarity with vin65/Wine Direct platform.
•  Familiarity with US common carriers and shipping policies.
•  Self Starter who can work with directions.
•  Professional, positive attitude, enthusiastic, mature, discrete, organized.
•  Must have good understanding & passion for wine, most specifically North Coast wines of Sonoma & Napa.
•  Strong Attention to Detail.
•  Good communication skills.
•  Good organizational skills and record keeping.
•  Computer/IT proficiency and understanding.
•  Skill in establishing priorities and managing workload.
•  Ability to follow direction, ask for help when needed/appropriate.
•  Ability to work independently and on team projects.
•  Familiarity with top-tier wineries, hotels, DMCs, and Tour & Transportation Companies of Sonoma & Napa.
•  Cheerful presence and people skills.

REQUIREMENTS:
•  Ability to provide Concierge Services for members
•  Ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods.
•  Ability to lift and move 20-40+ pounds when needed.
•  Requires sufficient health to properly discharge duties.
•  Ability to work flexible hours as needed, including weekends, limited evenings, and extra hours seasonally and as needed.
•  Ability to work indoors and outdoors, including cool wine cellar, and during hot and cold days, and at times during periods of precipitation.
