SUMMARY: The System Support Analyst is responsible for providing support by applying information technology concepts to business processes and application systems to meet the business needs and goals as assigned. This role will provide technical and functional integration support for ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence Reporting and Business Systems applications to users within the organization. Functions as the lead on projects to architect, implement or enhance, and test systems and applications to meet dynamic business needs. Performs complex configuration, change management and testing activities to support a service-oriented architecture and integration between all applications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides application support to staff for assigned Business Systems. This includes but not restricted to the in-depth analysis of functionality and its application to the business.
Provides support as assigned to staff for problem resolution and resolution of questions.
Keeps abreast of new developments in the information technology field and strives to improve the technology delivered to support the business continuity.
Analyzes the processes of the business about Business Systems use, suggesting and implementing improvements.
Functions as the lead on projects to architect, implement or enhance, and test Business Systems systems and applications to meet dynamic business needs. Performs complex configuration, change management and testing activities to support a service-oriented architecture and integration between all applications.
Troubleshoots non-programming related issues.
Works in tandem with the development team to develop tech specs.
Communicates with other departments and train their staff on the best processes to use.
Conducts data analysis to improve workflow efficiency.
Conducts project analysis, evaluation, and execution and supports the implementation process.
Will travel to site locations to provide additional support as needed.
Backup support as needed and special projects as assigned by IT Director.
Establishes and maintains policies, procedures, and documentation.
Experience with the administration and support of CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft CRM, etc.).
Experience with the administration and support of EDI integration.
Experience with System Integration.
Administration and support of Web Services and API Integration.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of personnel. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Information Systems or related field.
Three plus years’ experience in one of the following areas: Implementations and supporting users with one of the following: Microsoft Dynamic, Navision, BI Platforms and CRM.
Detailed knowledge of application systems, computer operations and the business practices they apply to.
A solid understanding of manufacturing, supply chain management, accounting, and finance concepts is a plus.
Wine industry experience is a plus.
Ability to be on call in response to system failures or other problems that might interrupt system operation during the scheduled system availability commitment.

Web Services and API Integration
A solid understanding of workflow integration.
Must have clean DMV record and be able to drive long distances as needed to the various sites.
Business intelligence report system experience.
SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS and DBA experience including the ability to develop storage, views, and function.
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Able to walk up and downstairs frequently
Able to bend, kneel, push and pull
Able to withstand various temperature changes
