Job Functions ~
Answering telephone calls and transferring the calls to the relevant person
Receiving, sorting and distributing incoming mail
Preparing outgoing mail
Faxing, photocopying, scanning and filing
Preparing reports, documents and letters
Run work-related errands
Keep office area neat and tidy
Keep track of office supplies and order when supplies run low
Assist with shipping, labeling and inventory
Tech-savvy with a short learning curve for new systems.
Experience in Microsoft office products: Word, Excel, Outlook.
Excellent, self-regulating time management and prioritization skills
Excellent written and verbal communication appropriate to a professional environment
Strong document / data compilation and organization skills are mandatory.
Prior experience in wine industry preferred but not required

2+ years of experience in an administrative role.
Experience using MS Office products: Word, Excel, Outlook and QuickBooks.

Strong typing (60+wpm) and computer skills
Able to lift 50+ pounds
