We are seeking an experienced professional to support a growing organization. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this position is responsible for the daily Accounts Receivable and Credit activities of the company. This hands-on role also provides on-going accounting support to all functional areas of the business.


•  Perform daily operating and general ledger accounting activities with respects to AR, cash receipts and sales reporting assistance
•  Assist with timely preparation of monthly journal entries
•  Assist with sales reporting requirements including monthly royalties/commissions reporting
•  Maintain all A/R aging components including cash receipts application and collections reporting
•  Prepare banking deposits and post to open AR
•  Prepare invoicing and miscellaneous billings
•  Make collection calls and follow-up contacts on open AR
•  Maintain public warehouse processing and billing
•  Assist with credit card receipts reconciliation and credit card chargeback processing
•  Prepare weekly wholesale shipment packets
•  Process customer credit applications
•  All other duties as assigned


•  Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
•  Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize in a dynamic environment
•  Must have good organizational skills and the ability to follow through on projects
•  Demonstrate ability to interact effectively with other departments as well as outside agencies and customers
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•  Professional attitude and a strong work ethic


•  AA degree in Accounting and/or Finance preferred
•  At least 2+ years accounts receivable experience
•  MS NAV accounting software experience is highly desirable
