Payroll & HR Coordinator

Job Description:

This role will provide support to team members as well as assist the HR Director with the daily activities in a multi-company human resources function. The role will primarily focus on clerical, technical and administrative duties associated with Human Resources including but not limited to onboarding, benefits, timekeeping and payroll system.

Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment activities.
Conduct new hire orientations.
Prepare and maintain employee files for compliance.
Work within timecard tracking system to assist management team on trouble shooting.
Transmit time files into payroll system for bi-weekly & bi-monthly payrolls for 100+ employees.
Assist with open enrollment and COBRA.
Assist with various HR projects.

Required skills or qualifications
Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
Minimum 2 years of payroll processing or Human Resources experience.
Strong Interpersonal and communication skills; verbal and written (English & Spanish).
Candidate must be comfortable speaking Spanish in front of groups.
This positon requires the ability to handle confidential information and maintain compliance.
