Job Title: In-Market DTC Sales Ambassador

This role is for a Farmer’s family-owned winery based in Napa Valley. Our limited-production winery produces luxury wines that are allocated exclusively to our members and clients. We are solely focused on the DTC channels.

Position Summary:
This outside sales position is a front-line face and voice for members, clients, guests, and referral partners. Working efficiently as an individual, this role requires a hyper-focus on outbound sales at a luxury level. This position will carry and embody the company's culture, mission, vision, and value across the nation while executing in market sales outreach events and one-to-one email, phone, and SMS outreach.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- You will seek out opportunities to be hosted via in market DTC events and provide an exceptional, personalized, elevated experience from the point of arrival to the point of departure. Events will initiate via one-on-one email, phone, personalized white glove approach Outreach

- Understand and embody the company's refined style and always display it when engaging with members, customers, referral partners, and vendors in person, via phone, or email.

- Use Quip Software to create market plans/budgets/content and keep all progress up to date and organized. When completed, turn it over to the director for review.

- Use product knowledge to showcase/attract and acquire the customer/member profile needed for our custom barrel program. Be an integral part in negotiations and hitting revenue goals.

- Use the Commerce7 database and CRM to track progress and keep detailed notes with new leads.

- Use Navan to book all travel/car and hotel accommodations. Keeping exceptional records of receipts and coding accurately.

- Stay focused and on task when working remotely. Use of time tracking system, Teams, to track time effectively within deadlines.

- Proper conduct and code of ethics displayed in line with the company's Mission, Vision and Values Creed.

- Present a weekly report of strategy/plans and progress to the Director.

- Responsible for the planning and executing in-market sales events from start to finish.

- Input orders in a timely and accurate manner. I am respectfully seeking approval of orders if needed.

- Feed the POS pipeline and other leads for the DTC Sales team.

- Stay vigilant and responsive to tasks being sent from the team on Commerce7.

- Lead support for planning and booking accommodations of in market events events

- Adapting to a growing brand and being willing to grow in responsibilities and added tasks.

- Have a white-glove approach in all communication. Focus on a one-to-one approach in communication as opposed to a one-to-many.

- Host in Napa Valley as needed


Outside Sales Position Details:
§ Schedule: 40+ hrs./week with the majority of hours spent on outside sales-focused activities
§ Status: Salary with Commissions Structure and wine club retention Bonus Potential
§ Reports to: Director of Operations
§ Work Locations: A revolving schedule between the employee’s remote office, Napa Valley, and United States-based travel destinations for sales events.

•  High proficiency in web-based Commerce7 platform
•  proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Quip
•  Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

•  Ability to multitask & prioritize daily operations courteously.
•  Have an extremely flexible schedule, including weekends and potential evenings, and the ability to travel consistently.
•  Must be at least 21 years of age.
•  Able to lift at least 40 lbs. to stand on feet for long hours throughout the day.
