Vina Robles Vineyards & Winery is searching for an enthusiastic customer service professional to join the team at our newly opened Hospitality Center.

About Us
Vina Robles was founded in 1998 by Swiss Entrepreneur Hans Nef, whose desire was to merge Old World traditions with New World techniques. Today, Vina Robles continues to honor this legacy, crafting wines that reflect the unique terroir of Paso Robles while embracing modern, sustainable winemaking practices.
Responsibilities:
Offer excellent customer service for all visitors.
Encourage guest engagement, including joining mailing list or wine club.
Upkeep cleanliness and organization of the hospitality center.
Maintain high level of knowledge of all Vina Robles wines, as well as policies and procedures.
Accurately take reservations, update customer profiles, and manage sales via the point of sale program.
Perform opening, closing, and other processes.
Qualifications:
Courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor.
Organized, detail oriented, with excellent time management.
A collaborative nature that enjoys contributing to a cooperative team culture.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Flexible schedule, with availability on weekends and holidays.
Currently RBS certified or willing to complete certification upon being hired.
