As a Warehouse Team Leader (Supervisor) at Gallo, you will be responsible for individual and team development, quality performance, cost parameters, and service to both internal and external customers. You will work cross functionally with other departments to execute operations initiatives, and lead problem solving for area of responsibility with cross functional problem solving. Responsible for a team of union individuals with varying levels of experience and education. You will need to have operations, manufacturing, industrial utilities and/or supply chain process experience, including leading team members through initiative implementation and improving performance, facilitate projects and meetings cross functionally. Focus on continuous improvement is a must, as well as the willingness/ability to work an off-shift schedule.
Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding a diverse team of unionized individuals, each at different stages in their career and development. This role demands a solid background in operations, with a proven track record of leading teams through the successful implementation of initiatives and performance enhancements. A commitment to continuous improvement is at the heart of this role, along with the flexibility to work an off-shift schedule.

What You Need
• Bachelor's degree; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 4 years of production, operations or logistics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 4 years of supervisory/managerial experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 4 years of military operations experience to include leadership experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• Required to work shifts as scheduled.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
• Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
What Will Set You Apart
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management plus 2 years of manufacturing operations management, or logistics operations management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Technical production/operations or technical maintenance experience.
• Experience leading high performance work teams and providing motivation to achieve plan goals.
• Supervisory or managerial experience; demonstrates team building, leadership and mentoring skills.
• Experience using a production work management system.
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing practices.
• Consumer Package Goods experience.
Compensation:
• Hiring Salary Range Posted: $67,000 - $100,400 / year
• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
