Job Summary
As part of the growth of our business in the United States we are looking for a Sales Representative, responsible for promoting Enartis USA’s full range of products and services to winemakers in the Washington territory. The primary goal of the position is to add value to customers by optimizing the winemaking process through products and analytical services, while optimizing profitability for the company.
Essential Functions

• Develops sales plans and schedules sales meetings to expand the portfolio and/or retain existing customers.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending internal trainings, educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; participates in relevant professional organizations.
• Represents the Company in a professional manner with all contacts and customers.
• Identifies market trends and provides input for development and improvement.
• Self-sufficiently organizes daily work schedule.
• Provides quarterly revisions of major inventory needs.
• Utilizes internal resources including technical staff, literature, support documents, etc.
• Assists customers with in-house product trials.
• Provides customer service for supply order entry, order tracking, and product support.
• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Reports customer complaints, including investigating problems, developing solutions and making recommendations to management.
• Daily: maintains regular contact with supervisor, colleagues and office staff.
• Annual budget presentation, territory review.

Required Competencies
• High level winemaking knowledge for all size facilities.
• Basic wine chemistry and enological knowledge.
• Excellent customer service skills.

• Knowledge of methods for prospecting new customers.

Qualification Requirements
• Minimum 3 years in upper-level winemaking role.
• BS in Enology, Food Science or related field.
• Strong computer skills.
• Current driver’s license.
• Available to travel extensively within and outside the assigned region.
• Available to spend time overnight to attend meetings, events and training. This could require staying away for weekends.

The ability to always work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. Frequent operation of computer and phone, stand and sit for long periods of time, walk, climb stairs, bend, lift, twist, pull, push, carry, grasp, reach and stoop as need, and to occasionally lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
