Job Summary:
Trinchero Family Estates (TFE) is seeking a dynamic brand manager to join our Heritage Collection fine wine marketing team. This role will support our domestic fine wine portfolio which includes: Neyers Vineyards, Iron + Sand, Mason, Quattro Theory, Bravium, Outlier, Protégé, Ziata.

The Brand Manager, Fine Wine will develop and execute annual brand plans, monitor sales, manage budgets, oversee P&Ls and drive thoughtful brand education and storytelling. This role works in close collaboration with the dedicated TFE Heritage Collection fine wine sales team, internal cross-functional colleagues, and brand partners as assigned. Essential Functions:
The following reflects management’s definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons.
•  Creation and execution of annual brand plans for assigned brands including but not limited to: Strategic sales and marketing initiatives, budget planning, line extensions, packaging, promotions, digital, advertising, PR, POS, creative and educational materials and events.
•  Engage in regular business analysis to provide informed input to/from sales and on areas of opportunity. Contribute to demand planning.
•  Liase with winemaking on vintage specifics, wine style and points of difference, competitive set research and long-term planning.
•  Creation and delivery of impactful brand and portfolio presentations to sales, senior management and trade.
•  Create an effective toolbox of selling tools to support brand success, including light copywriting and design oversight. Collect feedback and adjust as needed to meet sales objectives.
•  Strategic pricing, positioning and competitive set analysis needed with a basic understanding of profitability metrics.
•  Demonstrate strong financial acumen, including accurate and thorough budget and P&L management.
•  Partner management as assigned and keen ability to bridge company and partner needs and expectations.
•  Work with DTC/E-commerce teams on ensuring brand cohesion and strategy alignment.

Qualifications:
•  4 year degree, business and/or marketing preferred.
•  2 years fine wine marketing experience, ideally in brand management.
•  Passion for fine wine and desire to expand knowledge.
•  Outstanding spoken and written communication skills, including the ability to forge relationships across the organization at a variety of levels. Must be a good listener. Additional language skills a plus.
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrated by the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
•  Intellectual curiosity: Ability to think creatively and ‘outside the box’ to reach conclusions based on fact as well as intuition.
•  Strength in a collaborative, team supportive environment. Embrace a “roll up your sleeves” mentality.
•  Strong presentation skills to include the ability to present to management and large groups with confidence and clarity.
•  Excellent project management, organizational, planning and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize with minimal direction.
•  Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) and ideally experience working with syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI etc).
•  Can handle multiple competing priorities at any given time.
•  Ability to work occasional night/weekend events.

Working Conditions:
•  Office environment, located in Napa, CA
•  Office Schedule: Monday - Thursday in person, Friday remote.
•  Usually work a standard work week, but ability to work occasional evening and/or weekend events
•  Extensive computer work
•  May be required to work at any of TFE's locations
•  Frequent deadline pressures
•  Numerous projects in progress at any given time
•  Comply with company safety regulations
