We are a family-owned boutique winery based in Napa Valley, California. We produce single vineyard wines from the region’s most iconic sites. Our wines are ranked in the top 2% of wines in the world and are consistently scored between 95 and 100 points by the most respected wine critics. We are looking to add a San Francisco Bay Area based sales professional to our team to build brand awareness in California and several Western states.
Our job is to build long-term relationships with fellow wine lovers who share our passion for fine wine. Our wines are sold direct-to-consumer, via distributors in select states, and self-distributed in CA, AZ, IL and OH. We call on Off-premise, On-premise, and country club accounts. We have been successful in hosting 80 to 100 events per year at the top private clubs in the country.
Compensation – Base salary, performance-based compensation, firmwide bonus pool sharing

• Build brand awareness in California, Nevada, Arizona, and other states at needed
• Build enduring relationships with key accounts
• Collaborate and participate with the sales team to achieve our shared goals
• Host fine wine experiences at various venues
• Travel is required
Required Skills, Credentials & Experience to Ensure Your Success:
• Strong account relationships in California, on-premise, off-premise, country clubs, golf clubs
• Wine expertise with a minimum of WSET Level 2, CSM Level 2 or other comparable credentials
• Experience managing key accounts with a fine wine distributor
• Experience working with fine wine producers
• Experience delivering impactful, engaging presentations
• Strong IT Skills, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Other sales platforms
• A proven track record of teamwork and success
