Position Overview
As our National Accounts Sales Analyst, you will work directly with the National Accounts and Commercial Operations teams, with additional collaboration across marketing and regional sales managers. This role focuses on supporting the National Accounts team—both On and Off Premise—through pricing submissions, sales presentation development, internal communication of programming, and performance recaps.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the National Accounts Team:
o Assist with monthly and quarterly administrative tasks.
o Collect pricing and manage TPR submissions.
o Audit pricing accuracy in Control, Warehouse, and DSD states for both On and Off Premise.
o Handle item changes and updates, including new item paperwork.
o Manage allocations and the item-distributor matrix.
• RFP Development:
o Gather necessary information on pricing and category trends.
o Analyze category and customer trends.
o Collaborate with commercial operations and compliance to ensure items are set up with distributors and approved in relevant markets.
• Programming Communication:
o Relay accepted programming details to Commercial Operations for allocation and inventory management.
o Coordinate with Marketing to procure relevant POS or digital assets.
o Ensure all necessary POs are provided to support programming.
• Execution and Recaps:
o Analyze execution during the first week of a program, highlighting any gaps by state or market.
o Evaluate program performance by wholesaler and review IRI trends generated by programming.
o Track new items to ensure proper placement in stores and scanning.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Proficient in VIP, iDIG, Power-Bi, IRI, MS Office, and Sales Navigator
Experience:
• Prior experience in the alcoholic beverage industry is strongly preferred.
• Experience with national accounts in sales and/or category management.
• Familiarity with pricing and margins across retailers.
• Knowledge of the three-tier distribution system and current distributor networks.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proven reliability and detail-oriented approach, with the capacity to multi-task in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

Physical Demands
