POSITION SUMMARY:
The DTC Estate Operations Coordinator will be responsible for a broad range of office management, support services and retail operational tasks.
This position's primary responsibility is ensuring DTC operational effectiveness and supporting the financial expectations of the DTC business. Reporting to the DTC Operations Manager, they work in tandem with the Retail team fulfilling all roles and responsibilities assigned at the Estate.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Sales Support & General Administrative Duties
•
Work with DTC management to improve operations and procedures to enhance timely and efficient workflow, including information systems, supplies, and communications.
•
Provide administrative support to DTC Management team and departmental initiatives.
•
Troubleshoot day-to-day internal customer issues adhering to problem solving and escalation procedures.
•
Supports on-property inventory, coordinating all wine orders and inventory counts.
•
Play a key role in the SOP process and communication to DTC team members on inventory performance.
•
Proactively identify, analyze and execute opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency and enhance the internal consumer's experience.
•
Partner with the retail team to improve the DTC inventory model and assist in developing the strategic integration of the long-term inventory plan and institutional understanding.
•
Work with DTC team to ensure inventory compliance; maintains accurate records; processes case goods and packaging inventory transfers, receipts, and removals.
•
Coordinate all shipping with our 3rd Party shipper and in-house shipments.
•
Partner with the Hospitality/Maintenance team to perform any event setup/teardown or light maintenance for the Estate.
•
Other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Essential Skills, Experience, and Education
•
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; ability to manage priorities.
•
Must effectively and diplomatically interface and communicate with employees at all levels and departments in the company.
•
Highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Adept at learning new software platforms
•
Demonstrated communication skills; ability to build rapport and influence employees and management at all levels.
•
Decisions made with thorough understanding procedures, company policies and business practices to achieve results and deadlines.
WAGE TRANSPARENCY:
The base pay for this role ranges from $23.19 - $26.00 per hour. Compensation will be determined by candidate experience, skills and location.
