POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join Demeine Estates marketing team. This role is crucial in supporting our efforts to drive trade and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create and maintain sales collateral, including sell sheets, tasting notes, and promotional materials
• Partner with brand managers to manage project timelines
• Coordinate logistics for national wine event participation
• Collaborate on marketing tools for export sales
• Assist in preparing brand presentations and business reviews
• Send press samples to wine publications
• Track distributor inventory wine levels and identify areas of opportunity
• Serve as brand ambassador as needed at events
• Collaborate with DTC marketing team to develop marketing content across email, SMS, web, social media and print channels
• Assist in planning and executing in-market trade and DTC events
• Produce DTC email communications including building out automated emails and collaborating closely with ecommerce manager constantly testing various content strategies utilizing A/B testing
• Write copy for Lawrence Wines Estates social media posts, manage post scheduling, and execute scheduling of posting and engagement across the brands social media accounts
QUALIFICATIONS
• Four years of work experience with two years in the wine industry
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage a project start to finish
• Ability to work in a small office environment with a willingness to help with a wide array of tasks
• Knowledge of 3-tier distribution system is a plus
• DTC experience is a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 applications
• Ability to present information in a concise, persuasive manner, both written and verbal, to all levels of employees, trade partners, customers, and suppliers.
