About Us
Two Estates Wine Collective is an independent, family-owned Napa Valley wine company. Established in 1969, with the founding of Cuvaison winery in Napa Valley, today Two Estates Wine Collective also includes Brandlin Estate on Mount Veeder. With an estate program that includes Cuvaison’s historic Los Carneros vineyard, which features over 200 planted acres largely devoted to Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, and the 49-acre Brandlin Vineyard on Mount Veeder, which is primarily planted to Cabernet Sauvignon and other red Bordeaux varieties, Two Estates Wine Collective focuses on ultra-premium, estate-grown wines. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver "Effortless Luxury": Empower guests on their wine journey and build lasting relationships.
- Personalized Experience: Ensure guests feel valued by providing memorable and tailored experiences.
- Tasting Room Hosting: Conduct tastings, aiming to exceed sales and Club Cuvaison membership goals.
- Main Point of Contact: Serve as the primary liaison for Tasting Room interactions, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
- Sales Enhancement: Identify opportunities to drive sales and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Event Participation: Assist with special events and trade tastings as needed.
- Service Standards: Maintain high service standards through daily interactions with guests and coworkers.
- Visual Standards: Uphold visual standards to create an inviting and welcoming environment.
- Operational Compliance: Ensure adherence to operational policies, including transaction handling and inventory management.
- Collaboration: Foster positive relationships with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Inventory Management: Conduct daily and monthly inventory checks.


Qualifications
- Bilingual: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred
- Wine Knowledge: Strong understanding of wine varietals, regions, and tasting techniques.
- Positive Attitude: Maintain enthusiasm, focus, and a positive outlook in all interactions.
- Self-Starter: Internally driven and motivated to achieve personal and team goals.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrate good energy and a solid work pace, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience: 3-5 years in luxury wine sales, restaurant, or hospitality settings.
- Customer Focus: Proven ability to engage and build relationships with diverse clientele.
- Availability: Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Wine Direct, Sling, and Tock is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour, plus commission opportunities.
- Benefits: 401(k) with matching, dental, health, and vision insurance, employee discounts, flexible scheduling, paid time off.
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts, including day and evening shifts.

Additional Requirements
- Must be able to commute to Napa, CA.
- Current with Food Safety & Responsible Beverage Serving Trainings
