Job Description:
The customer service/cashier role is a consumer-facing position that requires excellent interpersonal skills and an interest in wine and spirits. Ideally, you have a basic understanding of wine and are looking to further your knowledge. But more importantly, you’re friendly, hard-working, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Through your customer interactions, you’ll have an immediate and direct impact on the success of our shop.
What You’ll Do:
Engage with customers and deliver top-notch service across multiple channels
Assist customers at the cash register and in the store
Process & fulfill online orders
Support our sales team
Who You Are:
Smart and self-motivated, with the ability to multitask
Friendly, personable and a team-player
Interested in wine and excited for the opportunity to taste and learn
Responsible and a clear communicator
Organized and detail-oriented, with strong computer skills
