A premier cooperage seeks a new sales representative to service US wineries alongside current team. An ideal candidate has strong ties to the wine industry, 5 years+ sales experience in the wine industry and existing relationships with winemakers. The position can be based in Napa County, Sonoma County or the Central Coast (for the right candidate).
Expectations for the position include the ability to travel within California and nationally, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong time management ability and wine sensory ability. This is a client facing position where back end sales support and administrative support are provided, the sales representative is to be client focused. In year 1 the primary measure of success will be new client placements.
The cooperage has a broad barrel portfolio including oak alternatives and casks. The products are well established in the USA.
