We store tax-paid and bonded wine, beer, cider and distilled spirits along with consumer packaged goods. As a production facility, we’re happy to provide space for distilleries or wineries to work on their barrels stored with us.

Move-In Fee: $150
Cases of wine or spirits: $0.30/case ($450/mo minimum)
Barrels of wine or spirits: $0.15/gallon ($100/mo minimum)
Consumer Packaged Dry Goods (CPG): $35/pallet (4-pallet/mo minimum)

Billing: Charges are based on the average daily inventory and billed monthly. No hidden administrative fees.

Our facility is conveniently located just off Hwy 224 and I-205, near Clackamas Town Center. We offer excellent access for all vehicle sizes with easy freeway connections.
