Versatile Winemaking Capabilities
We currently have the ability to provide for a wide range of winemaking needs, including tank- or barrel-fermented white wines, destemmed and/or whole-cluster Red Grape Varietals, as well as other early ripening varieties.

- McLane Ozone Generator and Power Washer

In-house filtration & finishing options
- VLS Crossflow – single pass nominal filtration
- VAF Sweet-spotter – ultrafiltration for VA or taint-removal, alcohol and pH adjustments
- Dissolved Oxygen and CO2 monitoring and adjustment
- Micro-oxygenation

- 180 °F hot water throughout our winery
- 29 - 2.5T – 10T closed top tanks with screens
- Available tank cooling and heating for most tanks
- Temperature- and humidity-controlled barrel storage rooms
- In house laboratory analyses for fruit, must and wine

Comprehensive Contract Services - Our custom crush contract includes:

KMBS/10% SO2 solution, nutrients, yeast
Periodic lab analysis (fermentation monitoring is included with every lot)
Dry ice available during harvest (billed by lbs)
Low minimum tonnages
Access to bottling runs during the year
