MCV has space available in the new Tin City Annex expansion for wineries looking for Custom Crush services. This is a new facility with top of the line equipment including, Pellenc Selectiv destemmer, Carlsen basket press, humidified and ozone gassed barrel room. We offer full service from processing fruit through bottling, all with a focus on smaller lots and ultra premium quality. Small lots and small wineries are welcome.

We offer an all inclusive package for vineyards, individuals and businesses with a low minimum requirement. Allow us to help you create a wine that reflects your vision.
