Equipment includes full sorting system; bladder press; open top, fully jacketed, five ton fermenters; t-bins for small lot fermentation; temperature controlled warehouses for barrel storage; and storage for client owned equipment (small tanks and specialized winemaking equipment). We also coordinate three to four mobile bottlings per year and provide intern support through harvest.
Open to both AP and non AP clients with the ability to work with on-site winemakers who encompass decades of high end wine production.
