Napa Junction Custom Crush is located in Napa County on the crest of the hill in American Canyon with a 360 view overlooking the valley landscape. We will have space available for the 2019 harvest and for barrel storage. We welcome AP clients. If you are considering a change of venue for this harvest please contact us. We utilize a customized automated pumpover system for each client. We offer all aspects of custom crush services with our focus on the quintessence of our customer’s creative vision for their wine. We create an individual program for each client, tailored to your specified winemaking requirements for your grapes. Our dedicated staff has over 50 years of experience in premium winemaking and quality customer service. Each stainless steel tank has a dedicated air diaphragm pump for pumpovers with a Venturi air intake system and grape screen
All Tanks are fully jacketed with hot and cold glycol
Diemme Velvet 80 Bladder press
Temperature controlled and humidified barrel storage with Airocide Photolactic Air Purification system
Fermentation: From 1 to 20 tons
Steam/Ozone/Gamma Jet Barrel Sanitation System
