Two Shepherds Winery in Windsor is a small but well recognized wine producer (featured this year in the WA Post, Wall Street Journal, SF Chronicle.)
Note - we are a native yeast (and malic) facility. We participate in the RAW Natural Wine Fairs in NY, LA Natdiego, and other similar events.
We are known for clean, balanced, fun wines.
We specialize in, and are optimized for small lots, and have housed custom crush clients since we moved into our facility in 2015.
We have a new medium size press, hopper, and destemmer. Steam for barrels.
We have space for one more client - up to about ~10 tons, 500 cases a year. We bottle 5-6x a year and incorporate crush client lots into
those, when space is available.
Our preference is a client who has wine making experience, and other than harvest, (where we do the basic processing) will do their own work - racking, topping etc.
We do also maintain a cellarmaster who can do all work, and consulting winemaking services are available - both are EXTRA...
You will need to have your own barrels, racks, ideally at least one bottling storage vessel. Tanks and picking bins are available to loan,
if not in use.
