Craft Wine Co. in Carlton currently has up to 50 tons of capacity available for custom crush and/or custom winemaking/private label services starting vintage 2019 and moving forward.
Custom crush services provide client with access to state of the art equipment year-round, including:
Willmes 360° bladder 2T press
glycol system (heating & cooling)
on-demand hot water & gamma-jet
compressed air throughout facility
chlorine free water
some tank/fermentation space may be available.
Custom winemaking/private label provides client with complete harvest to bottle services. Winemakers work directly with client to fully customize style and needs.
We are open to any projects, but only allow native yeast/bacteria in our facility.
