A leading producer of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in Carneros has custom crush space available for the 2019 harvest. With our focus on Burgundian varietals, we are looking to partner with a brand or brands interested in producing primarily later ripening varietals. We are able to process fruit from any AVA, in 4 -15 ton lots, in temperature controlled tanks. Barrel and Tank storage is also available. We are open to any projects, but are prioritizing clients willing to produce 20+ tons.
