Dutton-Goldfield has custom crush space available for the 2018 harvest at our new production facility on West Olivet Rd. We are well set up for small and medium lot size premium production for both reds and whites.
We have removable lid open tops at capacities of 5.5 tons, 7.5 tons, and 11 tons, as well as red closed fermenters that can do 15 to 25 tons per fill, temperature controlled for both cooling and heating.
Equipment includes a new Wilmes 16 membrane press that can do 11 tons of whole cluster whites beautifully at a time (for either juice and out, or in house fermentation), a basket press for reds, 2 Europresses, and careful sorting capability.
Two barrel rooms are also separately temperature controlled.
Complete winemaking services from fermentation to bottling available, as well as ferment and ship out, and white juicing, racking and shipping out.
Since we are primarily a Pinot house, we are most interested in later Zinfandel and Cabernet business, but are open to discussing any requests.
