We have custom crush capacity available for about 30 tons(2 tons minimum) the 2018 harvest.Pricing is depending on your wine program. The winery has space for fruit processing, more than enough space for barrel storage, with some tanks for 3-6 ton lots , all closed-top fermenters with jacketed cooling systems. We also have significant space for indoor equipment storage. Our lab has basic capabilities, including: Brix, pH, TA, VA, ML, SO2, and ETOH. We have on staff consulting winemaker for consultations. '
