We have prime certified sustainable Head trained and hand picked old vine Zin and slightly younger head trained Zinfandel machine harvested on a single trellis wire system. We have a 60 year old block of OVZ that produces roughly 100 tons, 36 year old block of OVZ that produces roughly 140 tons and a 15 year old block of head trained Zinfandel that produces roughly 170 tons. All for the 2023 season and beyond.
