60 gallons of 2019 Merlot from a fantastic site in the heart of Sonoma Valley. From a block of clone 181 planted in the Huichica Loam soil series. Completely destemmed and fermented using indigenous yeast from the vineyard. Lightly pressed into a neutral 228L barrel.
