Hand picked fruit lower brix level for Rosé production. Hand sorted. Whole cluster pressed. Very light salmon color. Dry as can be. Single Vineyard. Cold temp controlled stainless steal fermentation. No ML. Very fruity lively nose attractive wine, nice mouth feel with a nice acidity back bone. No smoke taint. Serious inquires only. Vineyard located on step high t hillside not far from Silver Oak in Alexander Valley. Hand farmed head trained zinfandel.
